Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY for reliable delivery. Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday). Once placed, orders cannot be canceled, but refunds are possible with a 10% merchant fee deduction. Address changes aren't accommodated post-order. We relinquish responsibility upon USPS handover. Route protection is included by default; opt-out at your own risk. Contact us for assistance with any concerns.

Return Policy

Once an order is placed, it is non-cancellable, and refunds, subject to a 10% fee to cover merchant costs, must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided the hair remains in its original, unaltered condition. Hair care tips are provided, with the customer's responsibility to follow them. Please note that we do not issue refunds for clip-ins, tape-ins, wigs, or hair with cut ties.

What do I do if my order is lost or stolen after it has been shipped? 
We automatically provide Route Protection for all orders, ensuring your package's coverage during transit for loss or theft. If you need to open an investigation in such cases, please contact Route Protection directly through the email they send once your order is placed. Once USPS takes possession of your shipment, we have no control over any potential loss, and RealRawHairExtentions cannot be held responsible. It's important to note that if you opt out of Route Protection, you won't be eligible for refunds in case of loss or theft.
